Find My Agent (findmyagent.ca) is a free directory of about 85,000 real estate agents across Canada. You can search agents by the language they speak, by city, and by brokerage. There is no sign-up and agents do not pay to be listed.

Open findmyagent.ca, choose your province or territory tab, tap a city (or “Rest of …” for smaller towns), then pick a language such as Punjabi, Mandarin, Cantonese, Farsi, Hindi, Korean, Tagalog, Russian, Arabic or Spanish, and a city. Each listing shows the agent's brokerage and direct phone number.

Agents in the directory speak more than 60 languages. It covers over 180 cities and towns, including Vancouver, Surrey, Burnaby, Richmond, Coquitlam, Victoria, Nanaimo, Kelowna, Kamloops, Calgary, Edmonton, Red Deer, Lethbridge, Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Markham, Ottawa, Hamilton, Montréal, Laval, Québec City, Gatineau, Saskatoon, Regina, Winnipeg and Brandon.

Names, brokerages, phone numbers and emails come from public brokerage and agent websites, including RE/MAX, Royal LePage, Century 21, Coldwell Banker, Sutton, Macdonald Realty and others, plus REW.ca.

Every province and territory licenses real estate agents through its own regulator. Search the agent's name in the official lookup for their province before you sign anything (links below).
